Roofing Works

Roofing - specialized contractor

For any type of building, the roof has dual function, both aesthetic and protective. Master Build team has its own manufacturing and assembly of all types of roofs with certifications from prestigious manufacturers in France, Germany, Poland, Norway. Periodically, the company organizes internal courses to train and re-train staff. One of the main strengths is the team’s stability and the vast experience of those involved in a variety of projects of various sizes and complexity.

There are several types of roofs, depending on the slope, ie the angle between the horizontal plane and the cover. For example, for a slope of less than 5 degrees, the principal challenges are related to the way the waterproofing can be mounted, and, for a slope between 7 and 10 degrees, it is recommended to use sandwich panels.

For traditional roofs, we recommend installing first thermal insulation and then waterproofing, while for the roofs that are circulated or circulated terraces, ideal is reversed mounting, first of waterproofing and then thermal insulation.

As a general or specialized contractor Master Build worked on reference projectssuch as Delphi factory in Sannicolau Mare; US military Base in Frankfurt; Tuborg plant extension in Ilfov; Carrefour Grand Arena in Bucharest; Tiriac Auto service and multibrand showroom in Arges; Saint Gobain expanding plant in Calarasi; Baneasa bread factory; Honeywell plant in Ploiesti.

Master Build staged over time covering a cumulative area of 550,000 square meters, being a reliable partner for any project, regardless of size or complexity.

Master Build offers its customers several types of waterproofing and thermal insulation:

Waterproofing

PVC MEMBRANE

It has a high resistance to weathering and is a modern solution that is put in place quickly, attaching to and then thermo mechanically welding. PVC waterproofing membrane is used in mostly for surfaces that must be kept clean, providing a quality waterproofing and resistance to organisms (fungi, mold, etc.).

Benefits

  • Quick installation;
  • Good fire behavior;
  • High resistance to weathering and environmental factors;
  • Sustainability;
  • Flexibility at low temperatures;
BITUMINOUS MEMBRANE added with SBS or APP polymers
EPDM MEMBRANE
LIQUID MEMBRANE

Insulating materials

MINERAL WOOL

The mineral wool (glass or rock) is a very good insulator because of the porous material that inhibits heat transfer. One of the main properties of mineral wool is that it catches fire, do not feed and do not propagate it.

Benefits:

  • Excellent thermal insulation;
  • Fireproof material / fire protection;
  • Hydrophobic properties (it does not absorb water);
  • Compression resistant;
EXPANDED POLYSTYREN EPS
Extruded POLYSTYREN XPS
Sandwich panels with polyurethane foam PIR/PUR
Special THERMAL INSULATION
