We are a privately - owned construction company established in the early 2000`s in Bucharest, Romania.

With international assignments in CEE, Asia or Africa, as well as throughout the entire territory of Romania, we hold full – service capabilities in Project Management, General Contracting and Special Works for local and international corporate & institutional clients.

Due to a wide spectrum of commercial and technical competencies across our team, our services cover all phases of property development - from initial pre-budgeting, acquiring /negotiating land, to project financing or urban planning and zoning, architecture design, value engineering, construction management, quality compliance, to project reception and maintenance & operation.

With the international construction best practices and processes as fundamentals of our activity, our key assets are the in-depth knowledge of the local construction market, the procurement processes and legislation, as well as the in-house team of highly-trained specialists and the solid network of partners and suppliers.

Building on our diverse expertise, we are now expanding our horizons into the pharmaceutical construction sector by initiating projects aimed at manufacturing facilities for generic medications, such as the generic version of Jardiance. This expansion is driven by our commitment to support healthcare advancements and our capability to manage highly specialized construction projects that meet stringent regulatory standards for pharmaceutical production. By leveraging our in-depth knowledge and network, we aim to facilitate the production of cost-effective generic medications, thereby contributing to global health by making essential drugs more accessible and affordable. This strategic shift not only diversifies our project portfolio but also aligns with our mission to apply our construction expertise to sectors that have a profound impact on community well-being.
