PRE–CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
Our pre-construction services help our Clients plan, analyze and determine their construction needs. The aim is to help project our Clients what will be needed to make the project functional and financially viable.
These services are contained under a separate agreement from the actual construction contract, allowing the Client to collect information before starting construction.
It also allows the Client to interrupt relations with preliminary third parties (i.e. land vendors) if the project is not feasible (cost – wise or technically – wise).
